Holes And Reinforcements:

Tags are ususally reinforced with fiber patch to make the tags tear-resistant. Or these are reinforced with a metal eyelet. Some industrial use tags have both fiber patcha and metal eyelet enforced to make it durable.
There are two different standard sized for these fiber patch and metal eyelets.

1) Small:  3/16"
2) Large: 3/8"
