Holes And Reinforcements:

Tags are usually reinforced with fiber patch to make the tags tear-resistant. Or these are reinforced with a metal eyelet. Some industrial use tags have both fiber patch and metal eyelet enforced to make it durable.
There are two different standard sized for these fiber patch and metal eyelets.

1) Small:  3/16"
2) Large: 3/8"
